Craven County jail visitation is off-site video only through Securus video visitation. The county says visits are available seven days a week, including holidays. Inmates buy paper, stamps, and envelopes through canteen.

Craven-specific transaction fees and deposit limits were not visible in the public materials without account and facility selection, so amounts should be confirmed inside the vendor portal before payment.
